Mr. Elgesons makes a false statement regarding TRAC's position on the high speed rail bond. While I understand that this might be the minority position of Mr. Tolmach, who is but one member of the TRAC Board, it is not what I understand the position of TRAC's Board. Which as of the latest communication I've had with another member, is supportive of the High Speed bond effort.

If you are going to offer your own "off the thread" criticim of me, at least get your facts straight. On the other hand, the position of Mr. Dyson's attack is clear. And, as I said earlier, this is the only group that appears to be attempting to "Balkanize" LOSSAN, with such petty attacks on its most supportive member agency.
