More disinformation?
It's an issue we're too simple minded to comprehend in our discussions on this site? And, of course we're too gullible, right? Thank goodness we have you to set us all straight?
You're right about one thing, it's not just about nimbyism, it's about "much more". It's about a small minority of phoney environmentalists and their extreme libertarian cohorts making sure that there are not alternatives to the status quo. And, you're right not to claim expertise in the STB filings. So, is it just me, or is there some actual point to this post?
Of course, we now have your new "spin" that somehow NCRA is in some position where they are in some urgent need to settle. It's my take that the judge might have looked at the merits and come to think of this is an extremely weak case, based upon precedent and unclear jurisdiction, or worse as an attempt to abuse the legal process, to push a political agenda in court during an election, and he's the one driving that direction to reach a settlement?
But, maybe I'm just too gullible to understand, after all I'm not a brilliant enough to post to a site with ESQ by my name?
