Yep, it's stull big, it's still really expensive, and yet, no one can really explain how any of it will actually operate, or who it is expected to serve, at what cost, or how any of those mere "details" might affect the system design needs and capital costs we are incurring. Just keep that trough well slopped with taxpayer dollars and someday...…?

And, it's good to see the same line of "build it and they will come" line of bull$#it in defense of this poorly planned, grossly bloated, misbegotten HSR fiasco....
