It was a hatchet job against the steam department at WRM. Some of the tram nazis behind it had to twist PLA's arm several times to take Robert Dollar #3 because the PLA types were quite familiar with the BAERA politics involved and didn't want ant part of them.

The 917 was a memorial to the late Harre Demoro. It went to Porltola, where it has been damaged in a collision. BAERA had always kept it inside a building.
