Just hearing this afternoon that the OWPDO AND ODOWP wunpost oilcans is ending as of
January 2019 and going to the trucks. UP is running off more business and can't keep UP
on the maintence of the oilcans Down to 65 cars or less lately and its time for
AREA? ENERGY too pull the plug and go with trucks.
The coast is looking more bleak with lot less traffic and auto repos are being strained
by Donald Ducks tariffs on import autos. BMW and KIA are also restricting shipping by train
at Oxnard on the VCRR (geneses and Wyoming). They and SJVR are having problems attracting
experienced hands to work for their Railroads. Railbuffs who blow the horn too much and
pissing off the near by residents of homes. (2 longs a hort and a long only) .
These children are pissing a lot of people off along their lines.
So chum in on this folks. VCRR only pay Engineers and Conductors 17.00 an hour in high ghetto shithole Oxnard. Brad on the OXNARD switcher might have to go back to GEMCO.
