Proposition 1A, as I noted, was written "by and for" the thieves that wrote it... So who cares what this initiative says, it is a boondoggle. The legislature should rewrite it, and move on to "salvaging" what we can from this fiasco, and doing what they can to stop the continued waste, incompetence, and arrogance displayed by the ill conceived, incompetently planned, voter "con job", that is the CAHSRA "runaway money train"...

Or, is Proposition 1A now a holy writ, (sort of only like the ten commandments, without the that shall not steal, or thou shall not bear false witness part, which would be omitted this being the CAHSRA...). Is this self serving language written by and for these consultants into the initiative somehow now an "immutable" law, and mere man may never change it, ever again, for all of time...? No matter how costly and ridiculous it has become?

So, according to Les and his "logic" lesson in the "rule of law", if a majority of voters were to pass an initiative to make everyone jump off a cliff, our only hope would be that those who voted for it, would (and thus, apparently thinking this is such a great idea...) jump first...? So, that by the time they get to me, and the rest of us with a lick of good sense left, we can repeal it....?

God forbid, that we ever could come to our senses, and asking WTF were we thinking when we did something as stupid and wasteful as falling for horse crap like this CAHSRA fiasco, and change it?
