Mouse has a new handle.... "EVIL NWP" must die why?

Well, I'd do my sales tax extension now, because, putting off until 2022, would be cutting it pretty close. And, it is more likely to pass in a Presidential election year, just on higher turnout of voters.

And since they can refinance at today's much lower long term bond rates, and save us "taxpayers" a boat-load of interest, why shouldn't they? Wouldn't that reduce costs, and make more funds available for operations, capital improvements, extensions, and even maybe more frequent service?

And, if as you suspect, we may be seeing signs of a slow economy, or potentially even a "recession", due to global economic instability, or duet to shrinking real median household income in the US (even while "average" US income is "rising") and consumers run out the debt limit on their credit cards, wouldn't it be better to have a long term financial plan, with a cheaper bond payment, and wouldn't that reduce pressure for service cuts....?

But hey, it's the 'EVIL" NWP, and EVIL" SMART....right?
