Yep, "no studies needed....." Just wait another 30 or 40 years, and the miracle will spontaneously occur... Just keep spending and spending, if you "believe" in it hard enough can be real, if the taxpayers can only be fooled into pouring money into it, for another 40 years...? I can always count on Les, yep...."no studies needed..." Yep, no such studies were done and just look where we are now....?
