They've pumped $625,000 into HDC, $140 million for Las Vegas Strip station plat, x dollars into 84 acres in north Apple Valley, $561,336 for I15 easement.

Caltrans entered into a lease agreement with Brightline West on The Cajon Pass segment announced on Monday, March 29, 2021, price ?

Note: Brightline proceeded with first Miami-West Palm phase before any milestones achieved beyond West Palm Beach (which is still bleeding money); also had no Covid to navigate.
