And Jesse hopefully that happens. We're not throwing rocks at the investment of state funds to
facilitate a growth in tax base by way of improving business conditions but rather questioning if
said business base would ever develop in the Coos Bay region. It hasn't to date and the previous
source of revenue ie forest products, isn't likely to drastically increase in the near future. I
can tell you for a fact that ODOT is glad that the ball is in someone else's court and that added
funds for repairs and operating expenses probably won't come from the state.
