2-8 inches expected over the next 48 hours. I expect that any service road is not the greatest to drive on.

How does BNSF, if they are needing to access particular areas, clear snow to work? Do they just use backhoe hi-railers and charge up the rail, or would they prefer to clear a path on the access roads from major routes? I guess I'm asking, is there a preffered method?
