Hey Ken - I tried to E - Mail you twice; Monday & Yesterday. It came back. I think my anti - virus protections kicked in; maybe the April Fools bug I heard about today. I'll try again in a day or two.
The Tacoma Watershed Cop I saw wore a badge, gunbelt & sidearm.( 9 mm I think ). Looks like a sworn peace officer to me; however this one was probably a reject from King Co. Metro Transit cops.( The really gung - ho ones we read about in the paper... ). I can't imagine patrolling a bunch of watershed is a coveted assignment, maybe he flunked out of meter maid school. :-)
