May I Suggest The Most Fully Qualified Candidate?

With it being a Guv-mint job, the obvious candidate who would be fully qualified for the position would be Claudine Gay.

She can check all the boxes the Guv-mint is looking to have checked and a few more on top of that. Even though she's apparently married to a dude, she could claim she's a lesbian and then she could check one more box.
