Regardless of this or that, the only way these inward facing cameras will have any vaule towards stopping "inappropriate behaviour" before it causes something like Chatsworth is to have some droid watching each one in each cab all the time. And in order to prevnet another Chatsworth, each droid in each cubicle watching each camera will have to exercise the same vigilance as the engineer they are watching. Who will be watching the watchers to make sure they aren't sleeping on the job?
