Now don't be too hard on CRY. We can make allowance for his testiness - after all, the moon is full tonight.

Perhaps he may have thought the poleburner was also challenging him, and not just trying to look objectively at an incomplete set of available facts. Such objectivity is crucial when trying to understand legal actions. But then, many people do have a hard time with objectivity. Comb your feathers, Bro - I'm sure no challenge was intended.

And while the circumstance is not currently similar to the NWP, I think mr Poleburner's point was that the UP is taking steps to make sure it doesn't ever become similar. They are protecting their own interests - as well they should.
