Believe it or not, it is probably aimed at railroad customers/shippers and also, to make their own employees feel good and have pride in their company. Our local tax district hospital spends a gazillion dollars on 1/2 hour weekly tv shows and periodic slick magazines included in the local papers----the targt audience is, in fact, the physicians who are on staff and admit patients to the hospital and keep the beds full. It is to showcase them (as well as the employees) and make them feel good about the hospital. The patients/potential patients are the secondary audience.
