In Moscow there was no traffic left. The only custom is the propane move and it would not cover the signal maintance. In Pullman the city paid dearly for that property. There was a reason I did not buy it. We also got the small yard on the UP with an agreement if we need it watco has to rehab it. Overall it was a good deal for us but maybe not for Pullman. When I have a customer there I will worry about running around things. Thanks Stan Patterson
