Supposedly cleared and service up again. See following link for a full string of reports:

Some links on the page go to pictures of the wreck. Looks like the hitter was going a bit too fast for coupling but not really fast - damage is mostly to the cab area.

If I recall correctly auto train stop ends at the entrance to the station, so the train would have been under manual control. I thought KLM trains ran coupled through the subway and split up at West Portal, but that might be rush hour only.
