West LA Train Station - Depot without tracks for 70 years

Wanted to share this image from yesterday of the Soldier's Home depot (Pacific Electric, nee Los Angeles Pacific), which I believe had its tracks torn out in 1940, and yet remains looking remarkably like it does in photographs from about 1920 when still served by the railroad.
