Yes, that's it at Pershing and Dewey.
Looking at the shot of the station in the ERHA book published in 1998, I have always believed the spur off the Westgate line ran on Pershing (because the track is clearly on that side of the station), but looking at the map now to answer your question, if the building hasn't been moved since then, logic would say the spur came up Dewey.
This does not work with the picture in the book however.
