You could add that California Western #45 powered two last steam powered freights. California Western's and Medford Corporation's (MEDCO) last freight in 1962 as it's the same engine. In fact, Medco's sole diesel was to power the last log train but was having some mechanical woes that day, so Medco #3 filled in and did the job. Then in 1965 No. 3 went to the Cal Western.
