Here's my reply to your post on Railroad Forums:

999000 used to be the number of the 1st Santa Fe CE-1 caboose rebuilt from their old steel ones. They had standard cupolas offset towards one end & not centered like their wide visions. BN wide vision cupolas were slightly off center. Which one was it? Can you get a picture?
