Wierd things with caboose renumbers. Some BNSF repaints have kept the original numbers even with the BN prefix and the BNSF swoosh. Some ATSF cabooses in the 999000 series have been marked as Shove Platform Only with the original numbers and I shot BNSF 888113 (renumbered BN caboose)as a Shoving Platform Only not long ago at Centralia WA.
I doubt the 999000 was the original ATSF but I dont know what happened to it.
