I saw THREE cabooses in BNSF's Vancouver yard on Friday -- two were green/yellow, fresh paint; one was the dark red. All were fresh paint, BNSF logo, and the red one (999000) said "Command Center" on it. It had doors and cupola windows. One of the green ones had "RIDING PLATFORM ONLY" on it #12364 - all windows and doors sealed. Didn't get the third number, it was rolling north with a short train, probably going to switch in the yard.
