Cute shot at Carly Fiorina. Not true, but cute.

The feral gummint is about to make it unnecessary/undesirable to move from a high-tax state to a low-tax state. They're going to mandate that all states' taxes be the same so none will be advantaged.

Don't believe me? Tell me how the high-tax states are going to object. They're begging for crumbs all the time and will do anything to get them. Low-tax states are ignored for being so old fashioned.

I don't put anything past this/these gummint/s...
