I have a friend at my church who's a Legislative Aide to a state senator. She tells me that the state cannot be bankrupt because it's against the law! Rolls eyes, gags.

Could we agree to call California's financial condition, then, Greekee? Or Spainee? Argentina tried the California way and now the only thing that keeps them from sovereign dissolution is their wines. Ah! There's hope for California (and Califiorina) yet! I have another zin, please.

Can't add to your list of debaucheries, but you've hit everything I can think of.
