The restoration process is primarily constrained by the availability of able and willing member volunteers. Although without the technical skills of many of our volunteers we wouldn't be able to complete our projects, volunteers whose primary skill is the ability to follow instructions contribute a great deal. Remember that we are restoring work done a century ago, work that often was done by fellows for whom this was their first job off the farm.
