It's simply amazing folks, that those public officials who want, get and use those precious public funds can't agree to let operations start up!! If those public funds were coming out of their own company's corporate pocket, do you think for one minute that this ever constant bickering would be going on? Hell no, it wouldn't !!!!! So when are the taxpayers in this state going to put up the needed muscle and force those public officials from bleeding us dry? A lot of taxpayer $$$ has been sunk into the NWP and yet the a**holes at SMART and those within the NCRA can't make things work out. I am so sick & tired of seeing one petty excuse after another from both of these entities. Why is it OK for those officials to constantly whine about such petty issues when they don't care much less give a damn about those taxpayers whose financial issues have real merit to them?

At this rate with what was once promised despite the many setbacks over the course of time will never come to fruitation if those a**holes at SMART & the NCRA can't get their act together for the good of all. Quit whining & @#$%& about petty issues and get on with operating the NWP!
