that is the plan--dead wrong IMHO. Should be shoehorned into the fare mezzanine. Four flights down is part of why it is such a bad plan.
No convenient transfer directly at Market
Excess time wasted getting fron street to platform
Requires massive ventilation systems
Insufficient length platforms
No bellmouths for future Geary subway
