Nothing there... weird... you would think with all of the reactionary blogs out there, at least one person would have picked up on that.

As to the Constitution getting in the way, again, pretty limited... No direct quotes out there, just some conservative blogs saying that's his opinion.

He did say it has deep flaws (oh like that women and black people are not full citizens stuff, that you have to own property to vote, the prohibition on all alcohol consumption).
