ATSF Steam Engines missing from Sacramento Southern Railroad siding

....Im sure theres a perfectly good explanation, but the two ATSF steamers (formerly from the ATSF Historical Collection) that were parked for months along with some donated vintage freight cars under the Business I-80 bridge over the Sacramento River on a siding off the Sacramento Southern mainline have been moved. It may be something to do with the fact that the Sacramento River has been at or near monitor levels recently because of the heavy recent rains, but thats only a guess.
I understand that the reason CSRM agreed to accept the entire historical collection of steamers and diesels from ATSF in the first place was that ATSF originally agreed to provide a annual endowment to care for the donated equipment as CSRM had no room. Then, after the collection was safely in Sacramento ATSF reneged on the endowment. Which is why a lot of the donated diesels have been re-donated to other collections/museums. Any truth to this?
