The Regio Sprinter was basically a light rail vehicle that was diesel powered, quite a bit larger than a bus. The MoPac's Houston North Shore interurban in Texas had seven 1947 Fageol-Twin buses mounted on rail wheels to replace the trolleys. #604 is preserved at the National Museum of Transport in St. Louis, MO.
