Oh really? Then, in the case of the Chatsworth wreck, how come NTSB investigators didn't mention in their final report that the electronic device that everyone was/is so adamently insisting that Engineer Sanchez was using was NOT found at the wreck site? Granted, trying to find such a small object in that jumbled heap of wreckage would have been a Hurculean task, but they knew the general area where it would be.

Correct me if I'm wrong:

(1.) They never found it.

(2.) In their final report, they never mentioned that they never found it.
