Derailment and Fire near Portland

KATU channel 2 out of Portland is showing a train on fire adjacent to US30 near Cornelius Pass Road. Helicopter footage shows several tank cars, at least one on fire. Other cars involved are loaded log racks. They are claiming it was a collision at a siding? No locos visible. Wouldn't this be Portland & Western?

Fireman appear to be wisely fighting it from a distance.
