From the news at 4pm - they had just got the fire out with help from foam truck(s) borrowed from the airport.
There was also some blurb about the tracks being torn up for a ways behind the train. So best guess is that it was a derailed train that tangled with cars on an adjacent track. Fire crews knew they were dealing with ethanol, so evidently the enviromental hazards and possibly involving the other tank cars justified putting the fire out.
Still, they were lucky. Assuming that no one was hurt or injured, then it was a successful accident.
