That's good that people are getting enjoyment out of the 4449's Northwest excursions. My response, along with others is that if the people operating the excursions want more donations and an increased interest in what they do, then they need to create higher demand and do something different. Stop doing the same recycled trips over and over with no sense of railroad geography or history. As I already said, a lot of people don't waste their time with mainline excursions because of the cartoonish appearance of the trains. Think its just my "opinion"? Go ahead and keep losing money and interest. I already have nothing at stake in another goofy fake-ass excursion.
