Dale does most of the work on his books himself while attempting to have a day job and a life I'm sure, so it would understandably take a long time to deliver such a superior product. BC-Rail was a subject Dale took very seriously and has photographs NO ONE ELSE has of that ENTIRE railroad. I think he did the right thing making that book, which is nearly entirely his product, his first priority.

I would rather wait ten years to see a stunning, flawless book than wait a couple years for one that you skim through once then shelve. As with the 72-82 WP book in production, I know the people producing that book want it to be the best it can be and they will deliver. If I have to wait another ten years for that book, so be it, when it comes it will be worth all the wait and every penny.
