While you make some points Mark, there is still a percentage of the railfan populace that I
feel would support another good project. There are yet a great many quality images that
have yet to see print. I have some of Dunscomb's original slides of steam that I'd let
out to the right person if a valid need came up. I know that there is more WP color out
there as I have seen a lot of it over the years while at small slide shows.
You are right. When Dale gets Ken's book back from the printer & it is available, it will
likely set the standard for WP color efforts. While this new book likely will never be
topped as you say, that doesn't mean that other successful quality efforts cannot be
accomplished.
There's also a black & white WP work by 4 friends that I'm waiting on...this one should be
a fine work.
