I know it is in the 10 year plan to put back the second main where the SP Passenger Train was standed in the 1950s. I have not seen anything at all mentioned about the second main around Norden. All I keep hearing is they don't want to see the old main around Norden back at all, too much of a maintenance headache and not economically feasable to re-install.
