Howard, makes no sense to me either. The Sacramento Port operation would be an end to end with
the Yolo Northern, Short Line or whatever it's currently being called. But, the Port has been in]
decline and financial straits for some time. I used to office out of that area and went back to
take a peek when I was out for the NMRA. Lots of empty buildings and the port didn't look too busy. I don't see it as often as I used to but it still doesn't look like a 1 + 1 = 3 situation.
