I can relate! Back with my Medalist, I was out at Gig Harbor, near Tacoma, about 1972 or so, shooting some really cool old fishing shacks with nets hanging to dry and a couple old fishing boats in the background. Dad was with me, and the lighting was perfect.

After about an hour of scrambling around taking pictures, Dad asked me if I knew I still had my lens cap on. This was the original Kodak metal cap that came with the camera. It made a marvelous frisbee and flew a long ways out into Puget Sound!
