Communists, yes, but dictators as a general rule don't like people talking badly about them. I think we can agree that it's not a good idea for, let's say, an Iranian to mouth off about Amedinnermint, and Iran certainly isn't a communist country. Yes, this probably has been blown out of proportion, but that's the Internet for ya. I wouldn’t worry too much about it unless the Supreme Court says it’s constitutional, as then we’d be stuck with it until we replaced enough congress members to repeal it.
