Gee, what a surprise. Did the organizer really think the tracks are public property? He didn't do his homework and advertised something that has no current chance of happening. He might not be a loon but "classes" like this one are bound to bring the Santa Cruz/Aptos/Soquel/Felton loony bins out of the woodwork who smoke a little dope prior to the event then find themselves upside down over a cliff ready to hire the first lawyer they see.
