Train movements affected i.e. due to the Interstate 5 and CA Highway 14 Interchange Truck Collison and Fire this morning???

News reports are circulating that there has been a massive firery collision of trucks this morning at the Interstate 5 and CA Highway 14 Interchange in Los Angeles County this morning that has apparently done damage to the structure.

Since there is a major railine that runs under this interchange as the UP Solidad Canyon route that serves Metrolink and many UP Freight Trains, is the rail line also closed below due to structural integrity concerns or just the highways themselves?

Could this help assist train movements if the roadway portion itself is the only part of the structure closed?

Any railroad detours planned due to this situation?
