I think you just reinforced my point, thanks.

How can trails co-exist with railroads if the tracks are gone? What rail fanning opportinities are there if the tracks are gone? My point is: leave the tracks alone and build a trail if you want near them. Didn't I start out with "Rails with trails may be workable".
