THA will get their part done just as they've been doing, a few feet at a time. The trail though
is a whole other issue as it's not just a ribbon of asphalt but knowing the area, it'll need
everything from ADA to regulatly spaced restrooms to "safe crossings" at the roads and on and on
and on. Alf's right, where's that money going to come from and will the THA be allowed to continue
in it's path without the whole plan being in place.
