Possible CLOSURE of CSRM Facility ??

Hi Everybody...
According to the most current copy of "The Manifest", published by the Southern Oregon Chapter of the NRHS, their Vice-President is quoted as saying that "CSRM" in Sacramento will be CLOSED due to continuing State of California budget problems. Any TRUTH to this remark ??

If true, then I claim "first dibs' on engine 4294 to place in my backyard !! (grin)
