Get rid of incompetant deadwood like Cathy Taylor would go a long way in shoring up their budget. That place is responsible for the outright destruction of far more railroad equipment than they have or ever will preserve. Most of the museum doesn't look any different than when Jerry Brown opened it in 1981.
