Just for the record...multiple numbers of sturgeon are referred to as "sturgeon", much as you might say..." I caught five steelhead trout today" (not trouts)

And if you want to take a break from train watching in the Col. Gorge someday, stop in at Bonneville Dam fish hatchery where one can see several very, very large sturgeon cruising in a big pond. The underwater viewing window is pretty cool.
