Thanks Bruce I will have to check that out. I am just wondering though if the neighbors of the transfer terminal will have concerns. I would imagine they may be able to avoid having an exposed pile of coal, if they transfer directly from barge to ship, however that might just tie up a lot of barges. Thanks for the correction on plural of sturgeon. I have seen the ones at Bonneville, and I have thought "what do 100 year old sturgeon think about?"
